Nathan was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1998; the U.S. District Court, Northern and Eastern District of Texas in 1999, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit in 2003.

Nathan has vast jury trial experience in the courtroom handling negligence and personal injury claims, first-party insurance claims, products liability claims, Deceptive Trade Practices claims, employment claims, and commercial litigation matters.
Nathan has twenty five years of experience as an insurance defense attorney working for and on behalf of many large and small insurance companies. Nathan is the former Managing Attorney for the state of Texas for one of the largest privately-held property and casualty insurance companies in the United States.
Nathan is a lifelong resident of Plano, TX where he lives with his wife of 23 years, Alisha and their teenage son. He is an avid tennis player and spends his off time listening to live music and chauffeuring his son to baseball, football, and basketball games.
